In work today and I decided not to bring my wrap, instead I put it on for the night when I get home. I think I move to much in work which doesn't aid the wrap in staying in place. God knows I have wanted a product like this for so long that I'll be doing it perfectly. Iv been drinking the advised amount of water too. Iv found that as the wraps work and get rid of toxins from my body, I get very dehydrated. So plenty of water is a must. I pair that with my usual consumption of green teas (which are high in antioxidants, polyphenols and boost metabolism). Perfect tight skin here I come!
Tuesday and Wednesday seem to fly by. Im in anticipation of doing the last wrap of the treatment, doing my last blog post (for now) and making a difference to lives with this miracle iv found. Im still checking my new love out in the mirror everytime i have to use the bathroom......oh hips, how are u? ;). I had pizza hut on Tuesday night, even though it was amazing, I was bloated and felt yucky on Wednesday. My results of elevated stomach and smoothness were still there but I know it would have looked better if I hadn't ate junk. I could see the bloat and pounds had went on. So Wednesday my diet was beyond perfect (guilt works wonders).
Anyways Thursday, my last wrap is tonight so I'm determined to give my body a good run at it. Water for breakfast, followed by a small coffee, apple and protein bar. 1 hour walk to the gym, 2 hour leg training and 1 hour walk home. Water. Lunch was protein shake, 20g of cheese, 1 pot of vanilla Greek yogurt, strawberries and green tea. Water. Dinner was fillet of fresh cod and broccoli salad. Water. Another walk in the evening and a green tea before I hop into the shower. I made sure to rinse off any soap residue in the shower so my pores would be totally clean and open. No body moisturizer tonight. Dry myself off, wrap my stomach making sure to cover my hips and c-section scar, put on my hold in pants (so attractive) to hold the wrap in place and off to bed. I'm expecting big things to happen over night! ;).
